Comments:
Went to the Y and did a monster lifting workout before visiting Shane while he was busy being a tray and table bitch on his first day at Chick Fil-a. I then headed out to LB to run the double loop. Now that There is a new Browning Run Trail, I think the loop is actually a full six miles now, at least. I ran the Purdum way for #colgate2012. Ran pretty slow and felt very relaxed. I like the new trail. Its really nice.
