Weather: 71 and really humid
Comments:
my usual 3 mile route. Wore different shoes cuz my others were still damp. Had to stop 3 times for my shins. Watch broke in the middle of the run too. Overall felt pretty blah.
I was at 12 min for the turn around. So the stops helped me pick up some pace, but felt like i started too fast anyways.
