Weather: hot as shit. 90s.

Comments:
ran with sara and yoyo for half of it. it was pretty brutal. i was banking on it to rain for the weather to cool. my breathing sucked and i felt nauceous.. my stomach felt very uneasy.. i drank a lot of water though so it was weird. legs felt good though.

splits: 9:29, 9:44, 9:56, 9:15. i'm only confident on the first two times. the last time is messed up cause i stopped my watch early cause i went into a deadend..

extra: myrtle and 100 ups.
