Comments:
7am run again due to work 9am to 9pm. 3 groggy laps of will's hole, each one getting faster (starting around 7:30/mi, ending around 6:30). starting to enjoy morning runs. too tired to lift legs so just throwing in extra stretching and some light PT at night.
