Haven't used the muscles I did yesterday and forever so needless to say I'm incredibly sore today like all over. Whatever, just tried to keep my mileage upish and not be a big bitch about how much it hurt haha. Ran over to the park through dudley and made the left to starting line from nike path then ran through the course as a very slow progression run (purposely) then back to school from bottom of indian to chesterfield to bike path (all the way down to shit then up to school). Was really hoping to get 8 in today but oh well I guess. Still have that "quarter" from yesterday to add in possibly haha.
