Comments:
since only did a mile race, jumped in the 5K to tempo at 6:00 pace. Was going to only go 3K, but felt so good and comfortable that I stayed in the whole way. Ran 18:42, so right on pace and it felt so easy...only a few hours after a tough 1500!!
