Weather: Very Hot, in the 90s
Comments:
The main path was closed off on this hot day, so coach showed me an alternative path to the same normal route that we run on. I didn't want to forget the other path, so I only ran to the three-mile marker today. It was hot today, and I felt kind of tired as a result. My splits were close to 8:00, 7:31, and 8:11, but because the route was different, and probably shorter, I don't know for sure.
