Weather: hotish, high 80s with wind.

Comments:
ran with sara and yoyo the whole way. and with a bunch of other girls to the mile marker - muller, lovelace, kaylynn, and abby. it was pretty horrific. i started to cramp up badly on the last 1.5 miles and my breathing sucked after the first mile. i had the worst form today cause of my cramp... i was like bending over.. -___- .. yeah, overall pretty bad. legs felt good though.

splits: 9:37, 9:47, 10:05, 9:47.

extra: plank circuit and myrtle.
