Once again Gene couldnt get the bus so we had to stay at the track....so gay. Half warmup then soem short sprints thent hey timed a mile which i opted out of..there's no way it would have atually done anything to help me. Then I wanted to get about 7 or 7.5 in but it was just way too fucking hot out by this point so I went in to the treadmill...god I hate that thing. Its the hardest thing for me to do mentally, 2 miles on it feels like 5. I planned to get it all in but i just couldnt fucking do it anymore, stopped at 4.5. prolly about 8:10 pace fore the whole thing overall. Going out later to get in 2-3 more.
