Exercise Type: Elliptical
Weather: Another extremely hot day, but very pretty outside
Comments:
Did 50 minutes of cross training today. Once I got off the Elliptical my hips felt tight but after stretching them, they felt a lot better. Also did 5-15 second pups today, which also went well.
