Target Time, Pace, and Distance: 30:00, 7:30, 4.0 miles/ Actual Time, Pace, and Distance: 29:50, 7:27, 4.0 miles/ I wanted to run the right pace this time especially because of tomorrow/ Mile Splits: 7:30-7:49-7:27-7:03; it wasn't exactly a controlled pace run the entire time but I came out 10 seconds fast anyway
