NCR trail with the team, legs pretty much told me how stupid I was for trying to get this much in on 6 days of running instead of 7 haha, oh well I guess. Waste of a good opportunity today but there will be more. No more speedwork until middle of august, screw that shit Gene. Sorry. Taking off sunday, possbly tomorrow idk I'm hella sore. Estimate on the mileage unfortunately. Oh and to add to my dismay, saw Corbusier and Speaer fucking rollin down the trail at like 6:30 pace, made me feel like shit.
