felt good for the first track workout I've completed in about 2 years. 2mile (6:02,6:00);3min rest;69,69,72,74,75,72,74,70,75,74,74,73. All were on 3min with active recovery rest periods. Felt like I was trying to gauge on the first one..didn't really adjust for the second and realized that I shouldn't have done 69s for the first 2 after the 4th. Kind of recovered in the middle but didn't really stay as consistent as I would have liked.

might be mental but it was hard to run alone for some reason, wind didn't help.

The way this workout looks I will probably go with the 10k this wkend but haven't decided.
