6 miles total. 5 on the path...1 mile of 8x100m stride/100m jog recovery at the park.

5 miles on path were a bit tough on the way back...ran the first mile way too fast to try to catch up with people. First 2 miles with Tony after that. Legs still feel tight and "off." Groin still a bit sore. 6:35, 7:23, 7:10, 7:23, 7:27.

Felt a lot better on the strides mile at the park. Legs felt better moving faster
