Comments:
felt pretty good just a little bit tired though.
ran by myself. actually wasnt too hot. ran for 25:00. felt about 750 pace.
(btw on days we run by ourselfs i always run a minute or 2 extra of what 8 minute pace would be just to stay on the safe side cause the park i go to doesnt have mile markers.)
