Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went out for the 7.1 mile loop around town; wanted to go through the woods and such. However, on my first stretch of trail, never have i ever been attacked by so many damn shitty pointless insects at once, mostly flies. A good mile of my run was an intense battle. I think I did hold my own, but rrr, so annoying.
Felt pretty good and I enjoyed the cloudy skies.
