got some stuff for my room at target yesterday and so i spent the morning cleaning and organizing. then ran by myself up north park to warrensville and added the shaker hs loop. didn't mean to go so fast, but i kind of lose touch with training pace when i'm alone, but the main reason was that i saw a guy on a bike when i crossed lee and decided to catch him. caught up somewhere on shelburne, but he wasn't going down without a fight. i asked how he was doing, then passed him, but he caught me on the downhill. ran about the same pace as him to warrensville, where i turned and he waited for the light. then i was just on a faster pace i guess.
