Weather: cool, felt like 60s. wind.

5:45 am run with camp people haha. have to run early cause ima be busy with math for the next three weeks. did 4.5 miles ish. it was good. my left back of my left like lower hamstring hurts a bit but during my run i couldnt feel it. it was decent breathing :) yay!

no splits: ran by the lake front in evanston.

extra: stretched out and did a squat matrix.
