Great run with Yolanda for about 3.5 miles! Then I was all alone. I slowed down a bit without her. I was a little worried about going 8 for my long run after only going 5 last week but I was like, Kate just ran a half marathon, I'm pretty sure I'll live. So besides missing Yolanda dearly the run wasn't terrible. Cadence was 174. I was going to do it again but I got all distracted after I wiped out. The good news is mid fall I remembered to stop my watch. The bad news I forgot to start it. I tripped goog from cinder to road and I was really embarrassed. Of course right then every biker decided to come out and ride past me as I fell. I do have three mile splits; 9:53, 9;40, and 9:29. I think the total time was 1:19??? I also did my strides 4 by 100. I think my runs might be improving because iron and other supplements. Or maybe I just needed two weeks to break in. Also the weather was awesome. LC1, back circuit, and hundred-ups homie. Peace.
