16. EASY RUN.

Weather: chilly. 60s, but it got hot even by the lake.

Comments:
ran with my roommate anna who's also training for XC :) great run today, did a 5 miler. was so tired in general but my legs felt good. still that part behind my left leg near my lower hamstring :( ew. but yeah. felt really good, breathing got funky towards the end.

no splits, no extra work.
