Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran the loaf three times with Shane and Stephen. Piece wore sunglasses and calf compression sleeves so he must have been ready to roll. Kept it nice and relaxed, picking it up a little on the way up the mountain the 3rd time but I stayed in control and still wasn't breathing very heavily at the top. I am definitely growing accustomed to this healthy diet of hills I need in order to take down Johnson. It's gonna take a whole lot more than just hill strength though, unfortunately, but I can do it. We settled on top of the fort at the top of the mountain for a little after we finished running. great view and something I want to come do when I am not running sometime. Did strides with Steve at the bottom of the mountain when we were done, nice and comfortable. Went to the Y with Shane afterwards and lifted for a little before they kicked us out at closing time. Of course we got our post in afterwards. Shane had the post this time, bro.
