Coach wanted me to hit a sub 16 3 miler this week before going to Kenya. So I had that on my mind and really focused on it. I went out in 5:00 and put my self in a good position. I didn't want to lag the second mile so I kept a good pace and hit 5:17, I knew I had it at that point but I wanted to come back at the same pace. I finished up with a 5:19 which I was happy with. Although it wasn't that easy my legs recovered really quickly and they feel fine right now. Still just need to work on aerobic fitness.
