WOW.
I had a terrible day!
I really did!
I was so just UGH all day and then losing my phone really just made me MELTDOWN.
thank gosh there are decent people in the world!
one of my friends found it and is giving it to me tomorrow.
anyways.

I was not tired when I finished this race.
I tryed so hard to keep my chin up coach, but I failed myself.
but that workout yesteray really took a toll on me, everytime I move i can just feel so much pain.

first lap-i felt good, i was trying to push myself to pace with sarah.
second lap-okayish. trying to stay motivated
third lap-lost it all
last lap-tryed to kick it in sooner, but i didnt..i dont know why. got a good last 100 in
I'm disappointed in this race, really disappointed.
but 7:14 isnt to bad, for how BAD i was feeling.
I'll be in the next meet, in it all the way.
