Comments:
Went out for a 10 mile loop at about 10 AM. The temperature was great, was not too hot even though the whole run essentially was in the sun. Felt pretty good, and listened to some tunes on the iPod.
Essentials: 300 abs, 75 push - up, hips.
Stretching, rolling.
