Literally same exact route and everything as yesterday except this one it felt more controlled to a certain extent. Quads were pretty sore doe, probably won't race tomorrow unfortunately though. Only did 2 strides though because I was feelin' sore (19.15, 20.65) Forgot too mention that my stomach was a mess tonight, felt like I had to shit the whole time and my was burping alot, that was pretty annoying.
