3 up, 6x300m + 3x1100 w/ 1:30, 3 down
Hit 47-48 on the 300's. The 1100 were tempo 800/mile pace 300. Hit 3:37, 3:36, 3:36. Hit the 300's in 47.x, 47.x, 50-ish. Last one hurt, but a good workout. Haven't moved that quick in a while.
