Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 9 miles.
Utter hell.
well.
It was fine untill i drank water at the 6 mile mark. Then i got a cramp.
I was averaging 710-715 before i got my cramp and after ....well not as well.
I ran through the cramp but had to convince myself to keep going the whole way.
As a side effect to running with i cramp i was leaning to the cramped side.
Now my hip hurts but its fine because i have a.fruit smoothie and a massage.
