Comments:
I'd planned to run 7 miles today because of the cooler weather; I never saw the 7-mile marker so I ran 8 instead. I lost track of my last couple splits, but my first few were: 9:45, 9:00, 9:15, 9:40, 9:00, 9:35. I also did strides today.
