Weather: humid and warm

Comments:
Warm 5 mile--wanted to keep a 9 or just over pace and was able to do that after mile 1. Felt like more work than it should have been though. Also my Garmin said I lost elevation in mile 1 which was impossible by that route. Not sure what happened there.
