Comments:
Longer run in the forest preserve at Little Red School House. Pretty solid run except for the final 2-3 miles where my legs started feeling a little heavy, especially with all the elevation changes on the single trail. Feeling stronger every day though...felt good to get on the more rugged trails. Toes hurt a little bit from pressing on all the ups and downs.
