first lake solo. pretty uneventful and pretty crappy run, dreamed of better days. i didnt get great sleep last night. i woke up a few times for some reason. felt better after dinner. i ate a lot. it was considerably cooler today though. the winds were blowing as if it were going to storm. wish it had. would kill for a run in the rain these days. the usual 8 by 35 and push ups 2 by 35. i do them everyday i just forget to log them a lot. its just a part of my routine, not really super note worthy.
