Very Tough Workout

Weather: nice, little humid

Comments:
Very difficult workout but also very solid, 8x400 with 3 minutes rest, goal pace 63-64. Actually went 63, 62, 62, 63, 63, 62, 63. Hammies were definitely still a little beat from the 150's and didn't really loosen up until the 3rd one. Had no real zip, couldn't really get off the line that well. Basically first half were anaerobic and the second half were more aerobic. Last one was by far one of the hardest intervals ever. Definitely felt smooth through the first 5 or 6 though.
