Spring Mill Points for week = 21/ Total Spring Mill Points = 98/ I never had the mindset that this was a race by any means, but I still wanted to run hard; I still ran hard, but just not very fast thanks to dehydration and leg cramps; also, running at 8 a.m. makes a surprisingly big difference
