ran for 27:00 minutes. felt really good. picked it up alot. i felt like i was on 730-7:35 for my middle mile. the run i was going pretty fast. felt really relaxed. slowest i felt was probaly 7:45. great end to the week.
ohh it was really cool when i ran. (the weather)
