Comments:
Satisfied with what I did in June, but depressed that is all felt so slow and difficult.
First week of July: 30-35 miles, one day deliberatly hard, one day deliberatly long, 1 -2 sets of striders, keep up strength work, get into the weight room
Second week: 35 miles, one day hard, striders 3 times, one long day, strength
Third week: 35-40 miles, one hard day, striders 3 times, one long day, strength
Fourth week: 40 miles, one hard day, striders 3 times, one long day, strength, weight room
