Well I'm retarded. Since I can't go all out running because I always hurt myself, I feel free to do whatever the hell I want on a bike. I had a negative split by 8 minutes on this ride. Afterwards I ran a bit over a mile and it was horrible. My shin hurt and biking turned my legs into mush. I'm going to try running again friday.
