Comments:
I assumed that combined with dong my long run yesterday and feeling poopy, dancing last night, not getting 8 hours sleep, and not having enough water this morning would have made for a meh run. But I felt great, and forgot my brace so went without and felt pretty good!
Sleeping in the purple palace must be magical! Finishing off the first high mileage week well. I like it.
