Night loop

did 14 p's with jim around my house. Hit the 194 devilbliss loop to start off and then 2 heritage loops before finishing it up with the sheetz loop and then adding on a bit at the end. we were actually going pretty fast on the whole run but felt really smooth. Ice cold water felt great when we were done. We talked a lot about this upcoming season and I am ready to go. I want to start hitting some high mileage and get ready to make an impact on this xc team this fall. Especially after I tanked last year. I want to be up there duking it out with the boys and fucking some midshipmen up at colgate in october.
