Comments:
Was feeling last run a bit, just a little tightness mostly... hamstring (which went away after the walk), mid-sole of my right foot and left inner mid-calf I noticed were a bit tight throughout (is that specific enough, coach? I'm learning my body ;)
So I planned to keep it slow, started on the track (bad idea for slow), but then did a couple campus laps nice and easy! Nice run,
