2 hour intense mtn bike. went really fast. struggled to keep up with Miles Havlick. at least 30 min LVL 3.
Strength Test:
27 Pull, 74 Sit, 65 Push, 62 Box, 13 full dip. happy with that
After test: full strength workout... going to be sore tomorrow
