felt really bad. i didnt hydrate at all. threw up a couple times. which was actually good cause i felt better after. but yea still pretty shitty.
really just died after 8 miles. i was really dizzy too. stopped at the two and 1 and a half for water. pace was fine. it was just the heat that got to me.
