Bridge and Back

Comments:
from our house near bethany to the Indian River Inlet and back. picked up the pace for about five minutes, starting at about the 20 minute mark. going by feel and time estimates, i must have been cruising at about 6-min pace during those five minutes. feel myself getting into shape a little bit

following Anthony's lead, going to lay out some mileage goals to insure a steady buildup:

july 1 - 4 runs like last week, but increase the distance (16-18 miles)

july 8 - 5 runs, not too much distance increase (20-24 miles)

july 15 - 5 runs, increase distance again (23-27 miles)

not going to plan too far ahead, but should be in the 30-40 mpw range by august. will be my first time over 30 mpw since freshman year i think
