Weather: Low 90s, humid, slight breeze, sunny
Comments:
Pretty brutal out there but I brought a bottle of water along - I actually was feeling strong as the run went along, my fastest mile was the last mile. Had some calf tightness out the gate but after a quick stop to stretch it out, it went away. I'm not going to make a habit of running in this weather, but it's done for today anyway.
