Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My legs felt fine after this run but because I have only been in Colorado for a day and a half my lungs haven't completely adjusted yet. I found a nice trail running by a river. At the mile mark there is a nice hill so I plan to stick to this till it becomes easy then I'll lengthen and intensify my training.
