Weather: NICE AND COOL

Comments:
I woke up at 7:15 to prevent a trip to the emergency room due to the heat. My early reveille was certainly worth the cool breeze and sporadic raindrops, and though the pace today was considerably slower than many of my runs last week I feel that, with increased planks, clams and leg lifts, that this day of training has been an extraordinarily honest day of training. Not to say that I have fabricated things on other days, but rather, today almost harked back to runs during the season, where I found myself a better, more focused and more determined person at the end of each practice.
