Felt really good this morning, got in a good 3 mile warmup and drills etc. Went through the first mile in 7:41 working but controlled and ready to go more. Welp, that didn't happen. Sharp turn about 20 meters after the 1 mile, ankle rolled/gave up pretty badly. Usually fine about running through, but this one hurt. Finished, but pretty much jogged the rest. Didn't even look at the time, but figure it was probably around 27-28. I'd like to do a 5k or 3 mile time trial once this gets better, because this really isnt where I want to be right now. shortened cooldown to a mile jog
