I woke up really sore probably from the hills I ran yesterday. I went to them gym with Jen and I attempted(key word) the Spartan core workout from the week of June 17th-23rd workouts. I made it through basically everything once and got really tired from just the one set. I did some weights. I also biked a warm up and cool down.
