legs felt tired and heavy right from the get-go, but otherwise felt okay for the first 15 minutes. At that point my arms started to get tingly, and my legs kept getting heavier. It was like there was this huge lactic acid buildup in my legs. I wasn't as dizzy as Saturday, but I still decided to stop after 30 minutes because I felt weird all over.
