CMW morning run

Weather: sunny with a little breeze

Comments:
I ran at CMW this morning trying to beat the heat. I felt pretty good this morning a lot better than I have been on feeling on previous runs. Ran 35 minutes (longest run so far) yay! Now that I’m getting my distance back I need to work on my pacing… I just feel really slow.
