Comments:
Heat was tough today. Warmed up in the shade on the brook path then did 7x3 min pickups with 90 sec jog recovery on the track. I always managed 830 meters or more, a max of almost 900m and an average of 850 meters. I took a set break of 3 minutes after the 4th interval to rehydrate. Finished with a 600m fly (1:58). Good to get a solid workout in.
